Let’s talk about your accounting
Tell us about your business or your situation. We reply with a clear quote, free of charge and without obligation.
No. Our office is in Ban Khai in Rayong. We visit clients across the province. With our online service we also work with companies and individuals anywhere in Thailand.
How much does monthly accounting cost?
The fee depends on the number of documents each month, VAT registration and the number of employees. Send us a short description of your business and we reply with a fixed monthly quote.
Which documents do I send each month?
Sales invoices, purchase invoices and receipts, bank statements and payroll details. A photo or a scan is enough. You can send them by LINE, by email or through a shared folder.
Can you take over from my current accountant?
Yes. We collect the files from your previous accountant, check the past filings and continue without a break in your tax deadlines.
Does my company need an audit every year?
Yes. Every Thai limited company must have its annual financial statements audited by a licensed auditor. We prepare the books and the statements and coordinate with the auditor.
When must I register for VAT?
A business must register once its annual turnover goes over 1.8 million baht. The application is due within 30 days. We handle the registration and the monthly PP.30 returns.
I am a foreigner living in Thailand. Do I have to file a tax return?
It depends on your days in Thailand, your Thai income and the foreign income you bring into the country. We review your situation and file the return if one is needed.
Do you speak English?
Yes. We work in Thai and English, by phone, by message, by video call or in our office.
